FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED SINCE 1996

JAS Construction, Inc is a Los Angeles/Orange County General Contractor that is licensed, bonded and insured company.

1980

Jose Alfonso Segovia

In the 1980s, Alfonso worked as a handyman repairing the sloppy work of other handymen.

Satisfied clients encouraged him to pursue his own repair business.

1991

JAS MAINTENANCE

Realizing there was potential for a company dedicated to quality work and customer satisfaction, Alfonso founded JAS Maintenance in 1991.

The company provided repair work and janitorial services in the Los Angeles region. Soon after JAS Maintenance expanded as more clients came aboard.

1996

JAS CONSTRUCTION INC.

JAS Maintenance added the Construction division to tackle the influx of new job requests thus becoming JAS Construction & Maintenance. The company incorporated as JAS Construction, Inc. with the aim to focus on general rehabilitation of homes.

Our specialty lies primarily in REOs (Real Estate Owned by banks; foreclosures). JAS turns around projects as quickly as possible always considering the client’s needs.
